We currently ship to New Zealand and Australia.
All New Zealand orders will have a standard flat rate shipping charge of $7. All Australian orders will be calculated at checkout.
Where available, non-rural orders are sent via an overnight service. Please allow extra time for rural deliveries and other circumstances where delivery may be delayed, particularly due to COVID-19.
All orders are processed and dispatched within two business days. Delivery time will vary depending on the destination. Please allow between 3 - 10 working days.

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Unfortunately, due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to offer exchanges or returns, unless a product is faulty or incorrectly received. Please choose your products carefully when ordering.

If you believe you have received a faulty product, we are happy to sort this out for you. Please email us via email@example.com with a photo of the damage/faulty product and your order number within 7 days of receiving your product/s.

Products returned without approval from our customer care team may be refused, please ensure your contact us first.

Please make sure you enter your FULL address details and double check that all details are correct before you submit your order.
